Weight loss plan means lowering your daily calorific intake while increasing the amount of calories you burn through exercise; advice like this is for the most part ignored.
This advice should be easy to comprehend - at least you would think it was; with over a third of Americans, and millions in other countries who are gradually catching up, it obviously isn't that easy! Of course, once you are overweight, you usually want to trim down for a whole lot of reasons, some related to health, others having to do with looks.
