All sucessful things must come to an end and that includes a good diet. When your diet ends, whether you choose to continue a portion of your diet, that's up to you. This part is not set in concrete because you will learn a lot about your body during the diet. But make a decision now if you will be willing to continue some of the great things you learned about yourself during the diet and make it a part of your everyday life.

By doing these seven important things you will guarantee yourself of success. We tend to fail when we run around trying one new fad diet after another.
